A relatively new technology applied to finance investments (movable and immovable). It is classified within the medium and long-term financing formulas, which works in accordance with the principles and provisions of Islamic law, which makes Islamic banks the most distinguished in financing their customers’ investments.

The second advantage of this formula is the strength of the guarantee it provides to the bank as the legal owner of the rental property.

For economic customers, rent advantages are many:

  1. Allowing them to renew their old equipment, i.e. to benefit from the latest technological developments
  2. Customers are granted the advantage of not freezing their funds in the medium and long term in the case of acquisition through self-financing or through investment financing. The annual costs of such financing are limited to rent only during this period, making it preferable to companies that have difficulty balancing their financial situation.

Companies that choose this type of financing can also receive more pecuniary benefits resulting from the positive difference between the annual rent amount and the depreciation amount that would have restricted equity if the asset were the subject of an acquisition.
